Welcome to School of Rock Natick!! We are very excited that you are part of our community. At School of Rock, everyone is welcome. No matter your skills coming in or your taste in music, we are here to help guide you to your next level of musicianship. We've got some School of Rock basics to go over and then we'll jump into the technology part.

Now the technology, we have two platforms that we use regularly. Here's how to get them set up:
Step 1: Claim your Pike13 account. Pike13 is our billing and scheduling platform, this is where you can reschedule lessons, purchase camps, or update your billing information. And you are already here, on the top of this page is a "Sign In" or "Sign Up" since this is your first time, click on sign up, follow the below steps. And don't forget to check your email!
Step 2: Download the Method App. The School of Rock Method is our patented approach to music education, one facet of our Method is our Method App. This is where we can assign songs, exercises, and warm ups to our students for them to work on at home. In addition to containing all of the content from our Method Books, it also contains transcriptions of over 1,000 songs!

Step 3: Don't forget to put your lessons and rehearsals into your Calendar! We operate 49 weeks out of the yearly 52, after each season we take a prep week. We use Prep Week to better serve our SOR community. Our team will be training & providing professional development for staff, preparing logistics for next season, repairing gear, improving facility needs, deep-cleaning, and providing students with a much needed break from the previous season’s hard work before diving into the next. It's an opportunity for us to hit the reset button and hit the ground running next season! Check out when our prep weeks are on our schedule page.
As far as major holidays, we are closed for Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Juneteenth, and Thanksgiving. These are also noted on the schedule page.
Step 4: Note our policies: We are pretty flexible when it comes to scheduling, we just need 24 hours notice. You can take care of that on Pike13 if you like, you can also call or email. 508-810-0105 or natick@schoolofrock.com
If you would like to cancel or pause your plan at anytime, we require 30 days notice.
